    It might need a cleaning. Bring it to a trusted jeweler or watch repair shop.

    I’m not familiar with this brand, so bare with me as I list other things

    Is it solar power? Put in window to fully charge
    Does it wind up? It could be over wound, or not wound enough
    If the back has been opened, then its seal is broken (seal can only be secure if factory closed). Moisture could have gotten in and is getting in the way of the gears.
